When I have the Description turned on for the JA Slideshow2 module, the text shows up just fine in Firefox but does not in IE. Has anyone seen this issue before? Until I find a fix, unfortunately I have to leave it turned off.

Sorry for delay reply you, i’m still under your issue. As far i can see, on IE8 actually description still here just because color not good that make we can’t see.

Open /templates/ja_rave/css/template-ie7.css and add the following code to the end of file :

/* SLIDESHOW
--------------------------------------------------*/
.ja-slide-main-wrap{
position: static!important;
}
Save and clean cache.
