Hello,

I have problems with slideshow after update to 3.3.1. Suddenly module doesn´t appear at my site home.

First I think in problems changing propeties of mask configuration but just few secons before I updated to new version 3.3.1

Could you please tell me how can I fix the problem?

Hi
The template and the extensions are currently not ready for the joomla 3.3.1
As you know joomla 3.3.1 is just released .
Please installed a backup of your site if you have
or roll back your joomla to previous version .
always take a backup of your site before any update and rollback

Coul you please tell me how can I rollback to my previous version of joomla?

I haven´t a backup. I have a big problem.

Also, could you please tell me when I must update Joomla?, There are a director with estensions and versions?

Please take a backup of your site first .
now got to extension manager > install from url

add the download link of joomla update package(supported joomla update package)
click on install .

Make sure Roll back of Joomla not remanded so please take a backup of your site

Hello,

Because I can´t access to the database, only throw ftp, I just Install xclone extension and I made a backup.

Now, I must updated with that file?

I saw that zip and only contains files of joomla installation, no scripts to database or others? It’s possible upload that files throw FTP?

Hi
i fixed it directly on your site ,
i just re configured the module settings and added the same images, Title and descriptions .
The module slideshow that i configured for you is JA Slideshow (Joomlart)
and its published on homepage only . now its working fine .

Thank you very much for your time, thanks for help me!

Could you please tell me two things?

1.- When I be available to upgrade Joomla Updates? There are a blog with the extensions/templates and Joomla Version supported?

2.- If I want to make the mask for title and description bigger…
I need Title and description in two lines so I modified length of both and nothing happens. Also I changed Mask Width from auto to 400 and I can´t see new appearance. >:(

3.- Ups. One more, If I want in transiction text goes with pictures at same time and not with a little retard?
