My provider changed the platform from PHP4 to PHP5 – and I realised, that the JA_slideshow module killed the site (just a white page is visible); when I deactivated it, the site ran properly again. Is there an alternative to run a slideshow with this template on PHP5? Otherwise I have to say good-bye to it for my page.

Hmmmm, can you try to uninstall it and install the one from Edenite?
It might look different, but just to try it.
Btw, which joomla version are you on?

THX for your answer. The site is running under J1.0. With the slideshow module of Edenite I get the same result: a white page. There must be an incompatibility of the module to php5.

The latest Joomla version or an older one?
The latest is Joomla 1.0.15 btw.
