    Hi,

I am trying to solve a problem and want to better understand the relationship between a template and a slideshow module.

I suspect there is a trigger in the default.php file of the slideshow that will utilize the slideshow css, if the the slideshow is present. Is my assumption correct, and what exactly is the trigger? If not, what is it?

Thanks for the help to solve this problem.

Thanks for the reply. I believe you are refering to the default.php file in “mod_” found in html folder, correct? The goal is to use some of the existing design elements from the slideshow in that position, but not use the slideshow and instead use one of the standard module types that come with standard !Joomla install. Does that make sense?

    Thanks again for the help.
