The slideshow module in magento Template cannot be used with Joomla! Templates. I am sorry what you are asking is not possible.

Well, in the end i made a local installation and compared norite slideshow with nickel, figured out how the module works and edited the css variables to make it look the way i wanted. Took some time, but finally understood the functions

What part? The functions, well, just try editing one at a time to figure out what it changes.
