For some reason I cannot get the size of the slideshow image to change. I’ve tried changing both the css and html slideshow files but it doesn’t seem to respond to any changes. Can someone please take a look at what’s going on? I want the slideshow background to be as big as it is in the nuevo demo.

Please post a mockup screen shot of your desired layout for the slideshow, because it is not clear to me what exactly are you trying to obtain

I really just want to make the over all BG/logo image bigger so it’s proportional to the rest of the modules.

In your custom.css i added

.ja-slideshow .container {
padding: 10px 10px 0 10px;
width: auto;
}

As showed HERE in our FAQ section

looks good, but the main nav bar went back to white and I cant get it to change back to white.

It is due to the t3 wrapper background color change

add this to the custom.css

.t3-header {
background:#000;
}
