February 17, 2009 at 7:43 am #138224The main slideshow has numbers for each slide 1-4. The numbers don’t highlight or anything to indicate what slide is being shown. Is there a way to add something, highlight, arrow, box around the number, anything to show what slide number is being shown. You can see this in the demo as well.
Same problem if chosing thumbnails instead of numbers.
Thanks

When there is no easy way, you can simply rewrite or add some codes in the modules php or when there is one, in the modules css. Add a new class for highlighted status.

February 17, 2009 at 10:27 am #292004I know how to add css for “hover” but not for showing which number or thumbnail is the active one showing in the slideshow.

But this may be the only way, as you know how those modules are made. When there is no option in the admin to show such effects you have to code it. But it will be kind of similar as css active or hover or focus. I am the type who simply works until it works, so I’d give it a try.

February 17, 2009 at 12:41 pm #292048imsleepy – I totally agree with you. I think it’s a bug that the slidshow does not indicate what image is being displayed. Did you report this as a issue? I realize that you can always go in and code around this type of issue, but this should be a standard feature of a slideshow.
