Hi,

I’ve run the quickstart setup on Joomla 1.7 and the site is working fine. However, I now need to publish the images I’ve uploaded to the slideshowon the main page. I’ve reviewed the settings for the SlideShow module in the User Guide and they match those of my slideshow module as well.

Where do I need to place my image files so that the template publishes them to the slideshow? Are there any steps to ensure that these get published correctly?

Hi mymarketing

The ja_slideshow module have two options for publish contents in Resource Settings — > Source you can choose

1) From articles –> you must choose the category

2) From Image Folder –> actually in the quickstart package it have the path images/stories/slideshow

the images must be in that folder

Hi,

I see the dummy images in slideshow, that come with the quickstart package. Can you please check in which folder you have installed images and if you have specified the folder correctly in the JA Slideshow module?
