how can i get the slideshow like the demo? the quickstart isnt working…

well the way to achieve that IS by using the quickstart, have you read one of the various guides here on how to install the quickstart?
Have you expanded the download to see there are many zip files within, only one of them is the quickstart, which then you upload and expand?

ok now it is working, but i have one problem with the slideshow, over the slideshow stand modules/mod_jaslideshow2/helper.php on line 164 how i can solve this`?

open the helper.php file found in modules/mod_slideshow2/ folder at around line 164 you need to remove the ampersand character (&) from the two instances in 164 & 165. that usually fixes the error message

Hi, Is there a way to get the Ja_slideshow2 to have the same navigation bullets as the demo without having to use the quickstart please. I really don’t want to start my website from scratch again :((

You can use the following settings (as in the demo site) to get the same effect.

It is recommended to install the quickstart for reference and use the same setting on your site. Its like copy from quickstart.
