Hi,
The slideshow masks the submenu items in IE 8. In other browsers everything is ok. So if you hover over a menu item with a submenu, the submenu is not visible.:-*

now, pls view source of this flash, you had got a mistaken with wmode parameter

<param name=”wmode” value=”tranparent”>

replace:

<param name=”wmode” value=”transparent”>
