This is a weird problem. I was editing my SlideShow and for some reason the Save and Save&Close buttons simply don’t work anymore.

My problem is similar to the problem experienced here: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/ja-slideshow-the-save-saveclose-etc-buttons-in-toolbar-dont-work/.

The weirdest thing is that the module didn’t get updated recently as far as I know, nor have I done any custom change to the module’s code.

Please advise.

Hello, Could you please advise how this was solved?

I have had this problem of no save for months and can’t get my slideshow to function.

Technically, it wasn’t solved, I had to delete my Joomla installation and started from a fresh new install. I didn’t want to keep debugging it, that’s why.
