At first the Methys slideshow appeared as in the demo. But after playing around with the module for a while the pictures and placeholders moved from center to flush left. Doesn’t look pretty with the double width mask on the right hand side. I’ll make the site accessible for you if you are kind enough to offer advice.
J! 1.5, quickstart installation. Different browsers.

Found what was wrong:
Switched Animation type (effect) from fading to moving. That fixed it.
