The JA Lens SlideShow is not working, I have taken the quick start and changed the menu. The slideshow is suppose to work on the home page but its not showing the images. Please help.

Hi Chavan, thanks for your response. Please help me with a solution.

The ftp details are working fine. I have just checked. Please use “Encryption – Require Explicit FTP over TLS” to connect and it will work just fine.

Wrong image folder was provide in JA Slideshow Lite

Now I have provide this folder images/homeslideshow

Please check and confirm if it is solved.

may be images/slideshow or images/stories/slideshow

upload the images to the media folder and then provide the Url. everything would be perfect.

Nope, still not working. I’ve changed the module position from slideshow to top, to user 3 etc…tried a whole bunch of stuff. The image files I changed from /images to /images/slideshow to /images/stories/slideshow ….nothing. 🙁
