Hi,
I have downloaded the JA Ores for Joomla 1.6 and its installed on the website address i mentioned.
The problem is that the slideshow is not working the way its showing in the demo (http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#templates.joomlart.com/ja_ores).

In the demo when i click on any of the links on the right, the slide changes. This change doesn’t happen on my site (and not even on the my localhost). Please help me in debugging the issue. Thanks.

How do you confige slideshow module? You website url help me find down what happend to your website?

Dear yfi_rnr,

You may be running the slideshow2 module the old version,if that just update to the latest version,I think that will help.

Hello dathq,
I dont think so. I installed the Joomla 1.6 version of JA Ores with sample data. The module is JA Slideshow Module, which is the latest version i guess.

Got the problem! Its working fine with Joomla 1.5 (http://templates.joomlart.com/ja_ores/). Its the 1.6 version (http://joomla16-templates.joomlart.com/ja_ores/) that has the problem. Any suggestions on how to solve this issue?? (I need this functionality so i’ll have to shift to 1.5 if it doesnt work)

Is there a fix for this? Does the JA slideshow module doesnt work on Joomla 1.6 for Ores? Clearly its not working even on the Ores demo page for J1.6 but it is working on demo page for J 1.5. I dont want to go back to an older release of joomla just because of this pblm. There should be a fix for this. Please help !!:((

Just try as following for this issue
Open the file of templates/ja_ores/css/mod_jaslideshow.css,Look for this css
.ja-slide-thumbs-handles span {
background: none repeat scroll 0 0 transparent !important;
display: none !important;
}

Change it to
.ja-slide-thumbs-handles span {
background: none repeat scroll 0 0 transparent !important;

}

I hope this make sense !
