I installed a new module in place of the slideshow. It is hiding the menu drop downs. What do I need to change to get it to work?

Actually, when I looked at your site (in Chrome), the dropdowns appear to work just fine – over the slideshow (as they should).

By the way, the Frontpage Slideshow component looks great with your developing site design.

Thanks! I had to change the z-index in the template.css so I think I got it worked out. The only problem I have now is that when I log on, it disappears.

Good job in figuring out the z-index. Clearly you know what you’re doing … I don’t think many would recognize your site as starting as the base JA Social template.

What disappears when you log in – the mega menu? The Slideshow component?

    Okay, now THAT’S strange . . .

I can’t imagine there is a setting for which the slideshow only appears for unregistered users – that wouldn’t make any sense at all. Nevertheless, look through all of the configuration parameters – just in case.

Otherwise, since it’s a 3rd party component, perhaps there is some kind of javascript conflict – though that wouldn’t make much sense either.
