I have published a slideshow to this page http://jadecorporate.com.au/joomla/index.php/sbs but I can’t get the image link to work.

I have inserted this text in the description but it doesn’t link anywhere.

Could you have a look please as I am having real problems getting slideshow to work as I want it to.

Should this link be reached when you click on the Read More button?

Hi

You are using the community profile on ja_ores template, in this Guide in the Ja_Slideshow module configuration settings is specified that some configurations cannot works on some templates

<blockquote>IMPORTANT : Please note, we use JA Slideshow module in over 25+ templates with different backend settings. It is not possible to optimize all the backend options for each template. So if some of the backend settings do not work in JA Ores, its not a bug.</blockquote>

You need to configure your slideshow module as showed in that guide.

Thank you . I understand now you should only use the templates allocated slideshow. I have switched to this and implemented demo backend settings as well as seeing if I can get it looking the same. The only problem I have is that Take a Tour and Buy Now do not
show up and also if I put an image in an article it takes a background position. Can you see why this is happening? Many thanks 🙂

It’s ok I have managed to get Take a Tour and Buy Now to show. I just put a break tag <br /> before the read on and it works. As to the background image, I don’t know why it shows but I have incorporated it into my slideshow. If you do know why I would still like to know. 🙂
