I feel like I’m missing something really basic here and I’m going to feel like an idiot. Nonetheless, I keep trying to update the skins for the slideshow module and nothing changes on the front end.

The params.ini does indeed have write permissions, all the theme folders seem to be in place with proper permissions, I’ve cleaned the cache in joomla, and I’ve cleared my browser cache and restarted the browser.

Any help or advice is MUCH appreciated.

Hi Ben,

The skin was used to load css, images file for slideshow, it will not change layout, to use please config for slideshow with the skin.
Please set permission 777 for folder of params.ini.
