    Thumbnails are not showing up…. I have the Thumbnail plugin enabled..
    /images/resized folders all 755

    JaRasite was installed using the quickstart package. I copied the slideshow module from the demo. Images are working fine, but now cannot figure out how to make the thumbs display..

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,
    I have checked your issue! The problem is this, you asked from ja slideshow to get images from articles but articles are without images, so we where just viewing images from (cache) image folder) now that i have changed the settings on ja slide show we can see thumbs and images but (this is logical) no description.

    You have to add description manually on “Description for each Item” and link to article or add images to your articles!

    P.S. I have reversed the setting to the one you had, so it’s up to you to decide!

    Please feel free to ask for some more help if you need anything!

    Regards

    I guess I’m confused…. thumbnails are still not showing. So, what is the method for adding an image to the article that will allow the slideshow to make the thumbs?
    =========================================

    Ok, finally figured out that you need to add this code within the article,

    {jathumbnail}<img src="images/stories/demo/slideshow/sl-03.jpg" border="0" alt="Sample Image" title="Sample Image" />

    AND this above the article

    {jaimage main="images/stories/films/homeslide/myimage.jpg" thumb="images/stories/films/homeslide/myimage_60_60.jpg"}

    To get the names of the thumbs I went to the /resized directory in the media manager.

    Seems to be working now.
