I am trying to set up the JA Slideshow2 in JA Nortie to show different pictures of the same size without any descriptions, and without any thumbnails and navigation.

However, even when I switch to NO, the navigation and the Description the actual picture shows only on the top right instead of over the whole area. (see the screenshot attached)

To explain it a bit different, what I want is basically the design which you have on the demo set-up with the custom Module for the Slideshow, but I want the pictures to change, which is not possible with a custom module…

Somehow if I use Image folder source or Article, always the layout of the Slideshow is the same with spaceholders for the description and navigation and the picture squeezed in the right corner…

Any chance somebody can enlighten me?

Dear iaweb!

In the ja norite, the slideshow 2 module is override by css inside the template. to have a look as demo. so that it will have some bugs if you change some configurations, so that you should choose a look of ja slideshow 2 module in some ja demos, you ‘ll get css and images, make similar configurations as your choosing demo.
