January 17, 2007 at 11:56 pm #118350I want to integrate slimbox/moo tools gallery. Does any one know how to do this?
January 18, 2007 at 9:22 am #213243Sure,
Get the Simple Image Gallery plugin from http://www.joomlaworks.gr/ – it works great, and has all you need regarding Slimbox/MooFX 😀
See it in action :

January 19, 2007 at 2:16 pm #213283I installed it but it won’t give the black mask, it just opens a new window. I am using the same template as you. Check it out http://www.kdmconsultants.com/The_News/Latest_News/test/

Hi,
I went to the link you provided but I am not too sure about two things:
(1) The link defaults to this page : http://www.kdmconsultants.com/ – is this correct?
(2) Which picture to click on to pop the screen?Regards,
AnthonyJanuary 20, 2007 at 4:24 pm #213356Hi Anthony.
I ´ve got the same kind of problem with Konstantakos. I am setting up a joomla-vm site and installed as default template JA Bellatrix. I also installed Simple Image Gallery plugin, but when clicking on thumbnail, i/o getting over the lighbox, it opens the photo on a new window.
I am sure it´s a problem caused by the template code, cause i changed the default template and it works fine.
Please visit the following link and click on any of the 2 available thumbnails:

ILIASJanuary 20, 2007 at 9:16 pm #213367Hi Guys,
Annoying …. I had a look but as my knowledge is limited, I cannot find the reason it does not work on your web sites – maybe it does not work well with another component? What I’d suggest is to contact the author of the mambot?? joomlaworks gmail com.
Sorry I couldn’t help you any further :((

AnthonyFebruary 7, 2007 at 5:27 pm #214229Eventually i found the reason why Simple Image Gallery does not work as it should and instead, photo gets opened in new window: there is a conflict with JA Collapsed Modules of Bellatrix.
I unpublished this module and the the Simple Image Gallery works perfectly sofar.
Sorry i have no idea of scripts, so i am not able to find out if some change is needed on the code of JA Collapsed Modules or on that of Simple Image Gallery , in order to allow both to be active.February 16, 2007 at 11:53 pm #214701Greetings joomers,
Had just been following this thread to post this exact fix & then the question…
How to get the proper slimbox pop-up function of SimpleImageGallery–
working with the ja_collapse_modules extension??I know you guys can figure this out!
ed. previously posted info from JoomlArt here:
http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/may-i-have-your-attention-please-joomlart-guys/‘cuz i’ve got a feeling that this unique combination of the “SIG”
& the function of ja collapsable modules with ja templates
will be very popular with gallery/portfolio sites looking for
a quick gallery from content & the chance to clean-up
the display of gallery content pages with the collapsed mods.
Also, congrats to joomlart team on these great cutting edge templates…
Best Wishes for the “New Year”sWitt @ meanpony
still tinkering in beta w/ my Bellatrix site
(love the names, based on stars, constellations, etc. right?)P.S.
Please, how to get the discount for renewal??need to know before my membership expires,
‘cuz i’d really like to stick with you guys for a while.Have found your templates to be some of the best available
for a good price… but the level & timeliness of support
seems to vary depending on which template you’re using. The member forums have lot of info…
but don’t always assume that each new member has
all the base knowledge from previous template releases & user manuals. Each new member starts at the lowest common denominator
of basic joomla skill, but needs a basis for all the cool ja classes, etc.
Maybe an overall joomlart basic manual with samples & calls for
all the classes to date. (you are probably working on this already…right?)sorry to ramble
thanx again
