Hi
Got huge problems when loading or updating the site. I have isolated some of the worst time consumers on the front side and find them related to the css and gif uploads. The problems started toget big when upgrading to Joomla 1.5.3 and accures on both the front and back end.

Is ther any updates or solutions sugestions for this problem???

I have listed som data around the worst time consuming processes below.

Worst time consumer is:
ja.cssmenu.js
css/slimbox.css
colors/default.css
and also loading of several gif, CSS images

the files you listed do not seem very large. Check your hosts speeds and performance. Try turning on cacheing in joomla as well.
