How can I get SLWI to play nicely with JoomlaWorks Front Page Slide show?

I have removed all mootool references in SLWI but to no avail, I could really use some help!

It was done by the programmer i contracted on JoomLancers and it wasn’t cheap… what they did, I have no clue, sorry!
