I have set some small icons in my mega menu, but in a XENU broken links report they show up as broken links 404.

Have you checked if those images are in the same folder as the path suggests and not in some subfolder in templates/system/images??
Also tell me if you are trying to setup these images as per demo and preferably tell me on which page in demo you see it as I could not find it.

– When i place a little icon in the Mega menu, the icon shows in the menu, but i get this error:

error code: 404 (not found), linked from page(s):But if you click the link the icon also shows. Is it the // that does it?
– The other images i get 404 error on is not in that folder, and there are no sub folders. Is it missing from the install of the template or?

I just checked the site and I see the menu icons applied for Home, Design Selv and kontakt but when I click on those menu items I dont see any error.. Can you please send me screenshot of which menu you click and what result you get which shows the error?

But i use XENU http://home.snafu.de/tilman/xenulink.html to find broken links and it says that they make a 404 error. I dont know if it is the // double slash in the url, that does the 404 error?But they other images are totally missing.

January 27, 2012 at 9:10 pm #435778ignore xenu, trust firebug but forget xenu, you’ll see the same thing in your server logs sometimes, and while I don’t entirely understand it its nothing to do with the template. Its more how joomla does things. false 404’s are pretty common. I see them alot. as for the icon the //images is incorrect so some programs may have issues with it, remove the leading / in /images/stories/
