When I turn on the component, my menu gets moved down on the page. When the component is off, the menu is back where it is meant to be. Any ideas to why this would happen and what I can do to fix it?

I hit your link and all looks fine. Is it off now?
Also, is this in all browsers or just a specific one?
    thanks!

Yes I turned it off due to the issue. I checked Firefox and IE and it was the same in both.

Not sure what you mean by edit post header so I sent you a PM, I hope that is ok.

Login info to the site backend as super is included.

    Thanks.

I was in your site and when I clicked global config, i became locked out and now can not get back in.
Are you in the site now? if so, please let me back in if you wish for me to help you with the site’s problem

Added you to the “Whitelist” so you should be good to go. Make sure you use the correct Admin URL, thats what caused the lock out.

Let me know if you have an issue.

Also, thanks for spending time on this, I really appreciate it.

All I did to be locked out was to click Global and I have to be able to navigate around the site in order to help you. Please let me know when security plugin is disabled and then I will go back and have a look.
    Thanks!

Internet Explorer is having compatibility issues with menus. I take it you are using a newer version of IE, yes? Changing to compatibility view resolves this so you may wish to consider an IE statement added in to a separate iE CSS file
As for Mozilla, not sure yet

    Hi,

I have checked your website and even thought it appears that whenever you enable the JA Amazon S3 component the issue appears if you make your menu to “fit” in the predefined space then the problem disappears.

I suggest that you upgrade the Gantry framework and check again if the problem remains because it appears that there is a “position relative” issue that goes somehow to “position: absolute” for some reason but i couldn’t identify which one exactly causes the issue.
Also what i can see is that there is a difference in text-size between Chrome and FireFox.

So can you please upgrade (a Backup is always the best idea before anything else) and then try again?

    Regards
