In our demo site, we implement and support style for default Joomla search module only, you will need to customize style for other search module which you want to use.

On another dev website for us the smart search have the same look as demo search,

even with the classic search module seems to be different from demo, can you check the configuration pleaser ? we missed some thing perhaps!?

You can use editor like Firebug in Firefox (or Inspect Element in Chrome) and see how that search module is styled.

Even the default search module is not looking like the demo, its shonw with white color instead of theme color.

Please check our website 🙂

we have another test drive website and the search and smart search modules looks perfect as in demo!

I overrode the mod_search module into your site: /templates/ja_intranet/html/mod_search

It works now.
