    Hi panospap,

I have received your PM on this same concern. If possible, can you send me the site’s credentials for further checking ? I tried but I could not reproduce the same issue of thumbnail images on Videos page of our JA Muzic demo J3.2.1 on my localhost.

    Hi panospap,

I am sorry for the late response. Unfortunately, the temporary registered account you sent me has expired, thus I could not access front-end to debug the issue. Please help to have the account activated again.

Thank you for having the account re-activated. I have tried to create a Youtube video article using our JA AVTracklist plugin, the video thumbnail shows correctly on category view (tested on both Chrome and Firefox). Can you check the site again?

but in the pm i sent you, i mentioned that video plugin works now. But the error in the page exists.

    Error:SmoothScroll not defined’
and i am writing to you because i dont know what problems this conflict may cause later.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

I have tried to debug the error, would like to share 2 of my findings:
    – The error comes from the DISQUS Comments for Joomla! (by JoomlaWorks) plugin
    – The error also happens on the Joomla default template (beez3 – Default)

In this case, I would suggest you raise the issue to the JoomlaWorks developers for better assistance.
