Hi,

The mailing on our Joomla website is not working.

And I have tried the followings but none of them seems work. Normally, I would register a new user to test whether the mailing is working.

1. I have tried PHP Mail which I used a POP3 email. And I got the error message “could not start mail function”
2. I have tried SMTP which I used our domain email which is hosted by Office365. And I got the error message “SMTP connect failed”
3. I have tried SMTP with GMAIL as well and I still got the same error message “SMTP connect failed”

I have double confirmed the SMTP setting with my ISP to make sure everything is right.

Does anyone know of any possible causes for this problem?

Have you tried to contact MS Office 360 to get document about email configuration ?
