I just wanted to say THANK YOU to all those involved here on the forum. I have several template memberships and I can tell you without hesitation that this is the ONLY support forum you get support direct from JA and from a very sophisticated group of forum members at the ready to make your life easier.

Nowadays…. that is unheard of. I have been a JA member for probably 6 maybe 7 years.

You may want to structure your posts. I have always rec’d a reply. But be sure to include as much information about your issue as you can.

Include: Template / Version (1.5, 1.7, 2.5)

Describe your problem.

If you are a template member, someone will respond. Often JA direct will respond and either instruct you or get in and fix the problem.
