So these issues always begin/appear occurring when you install the JA Comment extension?
Even from your attempts at a fresh install?Even when you used our Demo Builder to look at a temporary site housed on OUR servers?
September 27, 2011 at 8:33 pm #415371Unfortunatly yes 🙁 What dou you mean with YOUR Servers? The website should run the hosting provider, which is here, where i am located. An how can i access your servers? The Quick install is on dev.haqq-adalet.com with ja comment.
Cheers

September 27, 2011 at 8:50 pm #415378What I meant was that, unless I misunderstood, I though you said that you created a temporary demo using our Demo Builder – to check configurations and such. The temporary site that is created is housed within JoomlArt’s demo server – not on your own webhost server.
So, if this is what you did and, in viewing the demo site created, the same issue was occurring . . . then I would say that it is likely more of a browser issue than internal configurations.
September 27, 2011 at 9:20 pm #415386Now i tried with an older Backup, but without success. Now i have no energy for try and error. Please help.
Cheers

September 27, 2011 at 9:29 pm #415390I’m not at all sure why your having so much trouble.. I did a full quickstart installation locally and everything works fine.
September 27, 2011 at 10:15 pm #415397Hi
The fixing removes one of the ghost entrys. I have one left. And I also installed the quickstart, and the problems with the ja comment plugins comes.
If i update the template trough Extension Manger, i receive two more ghost entries, and the template is gone. Please do not forget my problem arent the ghost entries. I only want that the social plug ins works.
Now i am working on the newsletter module, and i put the Terms and Conditions in a separate content. If click on this link, the social plug ins are here. the Newsletter Module is placed on the right side in Home.
Is it possible to get the JA Rave 1.1 Template via Download? I do not understand, why i cant downloaded it.

Cheers</blockquote>You’ll need to move the .info for EACH JA template on your site.
As I stated in the video if you update T3 or the template you’ll need to reapply this “fix”September 28, 2011 at 6:28 am #415438Hello
I cant find any other info.xml in the root of the templates. Now the standard ja purity is also gone. What i found is that ja rave update 1.0.3 is in a subfolder of the ja rave template 1.0.2.
What is the status of the social plugins for JA Comment and the position of the “Add Comment”?
Cheers

September 28, 2011 at 2:02 pm #415470That should not be happening… something is VERY wrong with your server and until you get that fixed NOTHING will work right.
September 28, 2011 at 3:44 pm #415488Hmmm, the Hosting Provider is Hostpoint. The biggest in Switzerland. I think this is not related to the server. I also tested the template with Ja Comment on my computer. The same problem.
September 28, 2011 at 4:07 pm #415489Hi n6rey
Now i setup a dev environment on differetn hosting provider.
– Installed Joomla 1.5.23
– Installed T3 and enabeld
– Installed Template
– Installed JA Comment and enabeld
– Wrote a Article, because Joomla was without exampleSame problem again. Add Comment is in the wrong place and the social plugins are missing. Im going crazy.
I need help. You can visit the installation at http://dev.aktravel.chNow i have the same situation at three locations. @home, @Hostpoint and @Novatrend. The last both are Hostingproviders.
cheers
