It seems that you are using Joomla 3, tell me profile social name / ID you are wanting to create, I will check it in my local to see what’s going on.

I have same problem although this seems to be an old post? “Profile is not specified” on saving Facebook or Twitter profile. Facebook page ID: https://www.facebook.com/feeds/page.php?id=139250686103845&format=rss20 and twitter name: projektduga

Please try to update your current template / T3 framework / extensions via JA Extension Manager first, more detail about JA Extension Manager component can be found here :

If you still see the problem after that, please provide a temporary FTP account via private reply, I will check the code and investigate the problem for you.

Because you choose to import Facebook feeds to K2 category but the menu item on left menu link to Joomla! category, please recheck.
