Hi,

Social feed it is well connected with my Instagram account, but when importing the items, it publish all them with the following date:

1969-12-31 16:00:00

How can I solve it so it gets the correct date?

Hi Alan,

Thanks for reviewing the site. Those pictures look fine because I have manually edited and put the correct dates later.

Now it seems to have stopped syncing at all.

I have just made a picture to this post, so it will give you a reference of where it appears.

I am having this exact same problem on two of my sites- http://www.doyouhaveapulse.com/socialize as well as http://www.markbakergolf.com/blog. The feed is importing the articles with the date 31 December 1969 and is causing the newest articles to populate at the end of the list. I have upgraded every plug-in and the template and no help. Please help!

Thanks for looking at the site and looking into the issue for me… if you look here: http://doyouhaveapulse.com/socialize?start=240 you’ll see that the imports from our Instagram feed (viewable here http://instagram.com/pulsemktg) are importing into k2 with the date ’31 December 1969′ instead of the post date. I now show 21 articles in my K2 items with the same created date in 1969.

Hi,

Please make sure that latest version is 1.1.5, if you’re using out-dated version, make sure to update your JA System Social Feed Plugin to latest version via JA Extension Manager component, then pull content from social channels again.

Hi,

Thanks for the info. I checked your site and see that your content is mixed of both new and old feeds. Could you please try to delete all feeds with wrong date (you should remove them from Trash as well) and try to pull new feeds again ?
