Hi
As i can see you have Active Developer Membership and u can use the Option Premium ticket. Kindly clean your browser cache and login . Let me know if this solve Premium ticket issue .

For the Social Icons .
– Go to Joomla Administration >> Set Editor-None to Default Editor in Global Configuration.
The Edit the custom html module because editor remove the icons .
Copy code from Documentation Here and Paste it in your Module .
