I’m using Methys and I’d like to place the “social menu” (twitter, facebook and all those logos) next to main menu, like they was in Teline IV, but I’m just starting using Joomla and I don’t know too much about modules and positions…

hi wikutoru,

1) You should install a quickstart of teline iv,copy the topmega block file from there templatesja_teline_ivblockstopmega.php put it into the block folder of the Ja Methys templatesja_methysblocks

2) Go to template configuration >> Layout tab >> your actived layout, here you added a xml tag which type=”topmega” like this
<block name=”topmegamenu” type=”topmega”></block>
3) Copy the styles from the telineiv to get the topmega block appear as you wanted
4) Create menu items and assign them to the topmega position
