Hello,
SOrry for my English, i’m french and I’ll try to be as clear as possible..
I do not understand how the Social System JA Feed plugin
– I have activate the plugin
– I have create a category , for example : Facebook
– I create a menu item : catégory blog direct to my catégoryBut what manipulation, must i realise for link the plugin to my catégory or my menu item ?
I’am verry sorry, i have searched et read all the post in this forum, i feel ridiculous… but i really don’t understand.:-[

First, please take a look at this document.
http://joomla25-templates.joomlart.com/ja_wall/en/documentation/item/372-ja-wall-insight-2-social-feeds-facebook-twitter-youtube.htmlPlease view throughout those picture. It will give you some information.
For example:
– Active the plugin (you already did)
– Create a category (you already did)
– Enter your facebook page id on FACEBOOK tab of the plugin. Press Verify to make sure that your facebook id can return some feed.
– Select the category to store content (the category you just created)
– Switch back to GENERAL tab and click Run Now
– Create a menu item type ‘Articles » Category Blog’ and choose the category that you just created.Please make sure you have the latest version of JA Social Feed plugin. You can install the quickstart package template and compare the existing configuration.

Hi Wall Crasher, I did all the steps before. But I have still a problem. I installed the newest version of social feed plugin and there is no content from facebook what was put in an article. When I verified (facebook) I see my own page, so it’s ok.
Do you have any idea what is wrong?

What is your facebook id?
The facebook id should be a facebook page id.
And please pm me your access information so I can take a look at your configuration.I am waiting for you information

I have the same problem here.
But I think thjat it is a problem caused by facebook id`s!
Becouse if I want to verify what I figured out as my facebook id following appears on screen:This feed URL is no longer valid. Visit this page to find the new URL, if you have access: <a href=”http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=192052764152715″>http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=192052764152715</a>
And If I want to have a look on my profile by usung the facebook id followng message appears:
Sorry, this Profile is currently unavailable.Sorry, this profile is not available at the moment. Please try again shortly.

It seem your facebook id is a personal facebook account id.

You should create a facebook page and use that facebook id. You can also convert your personal account to a facebook page by follow these instructions. But I would not recommend you to do it.
