Here is the problem :

“When i disable a filter option, such as category (from solidres configuration), the title is shown in module and only the options are hidden.”

I send that to solidres support and they replied that this is happening because of the template i use. This is what they say :

“It is because your template is still using an old version of Filter module from their template override, you should ask them to update it or disable ithe template override.”

JA Hotel template uses solidres version 0.8.1 but on your site is using version 0.9.1. I’ve reported this to development team for new update, you can track its progress here

If you want your site runs with latest version of Solidres, try to access this folder:
templates/ja_hotel/html/com_solidres/

and rename it to

templates/ja_hotel/html/com_solidres_override/

As i understand it if i use the override i will not have problems with any updates in the future correct?

After i changed the folder name sorting bar disappeared and the classic icon with 3 bars appeared.

Is there a way to avoid that?

The override is custom layout / style we add for template specific, it’s implemented to adapt the design of template only, while the core is still from Solidres.

In this case, pls wait for the new upgrade from our product or you can still keep the override layout with default_navbar.php file into templates/ja_hotel/html/com_solidres/search folder
