Hello,

Solidres statistics plugin show me this error in the administration panel, when I access to the component solidres:

and if you go to dashboard on the website > and you try to access my profile or my reservations, It takes you to an error page.

When you click on logout, it takes you to a blank page …

And a question where I can change for dont show this element of the menu ofcanvas in the template style JAHotel-Full?

for the solidres plugin , the errors shows the chart is not supported , kindly check the extension compatibility with Joomla version and post the issue on soliders forum , so they can check it for you .
Regarding the off-canvas , you can hide it from template options > Layout > Responsive layout > Large > Click on Eye icon near off-canvas module position to hide it in the large view .
You can show/hide the position for different views from here .

I noticed you have an older version of the T3 plugin on the site , kindly update it to the latest version .
Do this after taking full site backup and custom changes .

Note : always check template/extensions compatibility before update Joomla .
And take backup off the site before the update .

I’ve Updated to the new version of T3 Plugin but steel the same problem…

Iven If you try to click in Show mapdont works.
