When I try to login I get this message: You do not have access to the administrator section of this site.

I have changed the login and password through phpmyadmin, but still the same problem.

    HI imamrevista,

    – Did you check the permissioin of administrator folder in your server?

    – If it’s ok, you need to BACKUP your site and check the table jos_user: check that the account jos_user.gid=25 (Super Administrator)

I checked and I do not have this option “gid” in this table, the version of joomla is 2.5, checked into a version that is 1.5 and he has that option, does the version 2.5 does not have this field?

    Hi again,

Oh you r using Joomla 2.5 which is different.

How did you change in phpMyadmin?

If you didnot customize much in current site, you could try to re-install it again.

Error solved this by creating the template admin you need to create another username other than “admin”, because there is already an account created by default, just change or create the admin account with a different login.
