What do you mean by ‘edit’ ?
Change the traditional layout? or just add a contact form?
A quick search on Google ( Joomla – edit contact form) returned this good tutorial

Also I’ll be asking the admins of the forum to put some links to video (flash) based tutorials that cover all these things, please remember smetimes Google can give you faster answers and links, than we can 🙂

fudenze, you can edit the information by going to Components>Contacts>Manage Contacts and clicking on the current option.
