I have just installed Ja Voice, Every thing works fine apart from commenting system.

In Ja Voice, I have set Ja commnet as default, all ja commnet system plugins are enabled, ja comment works fine with all other extensions but in JA voice, when I click on the commment(0),

I get a blank content with “no item”.

I appreciate someone to let me know if I am doing somthing wrong?

Hello, I have installed latest JA voice 1.0.0 on Joomla 1.6.6.

I have also latest version of Ja Comment working with no problem with other extensions.

HI amir!
Do upgrade to Joomla 1.7 at this time. There should be no reason not to if you are using 1.6 currently.
I turned on JA Voice in your site, maybe it will work now.
Also, there are many items checked out, please be sure to check items in after editing.

Hello, Could you be please more constructive than this.

I had already set the ja voice and ja comment plugins, and basically I dont think that you did do anything. The problem still exists.

I need a more detailed look at the problem as every thing else works fine and I dont have any other option.

I dont want to use external commenting systems such as Echo, etc

Also Jomcomment and Jcomment are not compatible yet with Joomla 1.6.

I have a complicated site which is not going to be upgraded to 1.7. I look forward to your respond. Thank you.

Hello, I have solved the problem.

It was the same issue as

If this issue has not been considered in latest version of ja voice, should be changed in latest release.

Sorry, it seems that the problem is not resolved with the code hack proposed in the above link.

Problem certainly is the “Search Engine Friendly URLs” becaue it is resolved when you turn this off.

Could your developers have a look at this please?
