How do I remove teh “Features” banner from RSGallery 2?

Go to /modules/mod_ja_rsslide/ and open features.png in Photoshop (maybe MSPaint works too). Now press ctrl-a (select all), press delete. Now if the background is transparent you should be ok to just save the file and replace the existing one on your server.

What we did was, open file -> delete image data -> save as a transparent file. The reason we do this is to not break any script. No browser got harmed in the proccess 🙂

I’m sure somone else will show a code solution for this… 🙂

Just open the file call mod_ja_rsslide.css and go to line 101, remove the background line and there you go.
