Is it possible to make the top navigation bar across the whole page? i.e. instead of starting from on top of the content page, it starts from just above the starting position of the mainmenu.

One way would be to move themainnavwrap above the headerwrap and change the width of the mainnavwrap to full width.If you should need any help with it give me a PM and refer to this post.
