Hi!
Thank you for the awesome templates, but there are some questions about some circumstances for an new member.

• The MCE editor kill every time aditional code after saving. Whats going wrong?
I tried the JCE and same thing with the code. (rokbox2)

• Which pic/gallery plugin do you prefer? Which is so easy like rokbox?

• In some cases you publish the starter sets with older plugins/extensions. why? (slideshowlite for example) This cost time.

• I tried 5 or 6 templates, in every time there are problems with audio or video and other basics.
I didn´t found one template which was directly proper. Maybe its my problem.

• Which plugin do you prefer and advise for video and audio, compatibel with iphone&ipad? Why aren´t there information
in big letters to check it faster?

Hope following answers would be of help:

Q: The MCE editor kill every time aditional code after saving. Whats going wrong? I tried the JCE and same thing with the code. (rokbox2)
A: Editor like MCE often strips code like: iframe, script, etc… The solution here is that you can go to Global Configuration in backend and set ‘Default Editor’ to No. Then add the code again, it should work. You can check this for more info: http://kb.joomlart.com/questions/3016629

Q: Which pic/gallery plugin do you prefer? Which is so easy like rokbox?
A: I am afraid that we do not have any extension for picture/gallery. You can find 3rd party extensions for this: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/photos-a-images/galleries/ For more info, our JA Avian template J1.5 http://www.joomlart.com/joomla/templates/ja-avian comes with special styles for RSGallery component – a free gallery component for Joomla: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/photos-a-images/galleries/photo-gallery/142.

A: Apart from developing new extensions, we need to get all our current ones updated with bug fixes/feature requests from Community or Joomla core version.

A: May I have more details so that I can help. For video/audio, you can try JA Muzic template http://www.joomlart.com/joomla/templates/ja-muzic. So far, it is only responsive template featuring JA AV Tracklist plugin which can help you manage media files in your way.

A: Yes, you can view all your forum posts from your profile after logging in.
