No there is no way (up to my knowledge ) that we can make this to combine to one, as for those that come with out templates and modules as you have already see for your self all of them can work on separate templates also.
What i want to say is that our modules are not just for our templates, so we have to add css and js code for those and in some templates we add extra css and js code just to make them fit / enhanced for the new template.
You can always try to remove css and js code that it’s not used on your site (features that you might never use are still there but you can probably remove them). IF you do that you can probably try to combine all those files into one by yourself which will get more speed…but i guess that you are going to have one big file and this should also be an issue too because it will be difficult to maintain such a file.
