I have some issues with modules (not all) not editable on the front end. Here is the popup error message I get:

The issue has been marked as closed and you will see fixed version is 2.1.2 which mean you have to update your template to 2.1.2 in order to get the fix.
In addition, you should update your T3 Framework version as well and note that in order to edit the article, you must logged in to your site front-end first.
