Hello!

I’ve buy and installa JA Teline IV but i’ve some probleme.

After installing the template, different texts of the articles have mysteriously disappeared. After adding the module janews_fp.v1.4.0 died on menu navigation.

How can I fix the site because I worked with this template to be paid!

Why would you need to “add” the module? Did you not install the template using the quickstart+sample data process?

Hello, thank’s for your answer.

I upload the templat on my old website…so how can i use the quickstart process?

Now i have an other problem with the module “mod_janews_fp”. If i create a new article and publish on front-page..i can’t see the article in this module.

In the article manager, you must select category that you set in mod_janews_fp module manager.

Yes, I do that but not function 🙁

I have some other probleme. After then i upload the new theme Ja Teline IV 40% of all my articles … disappeared! That is, i’ve the article title and the first letter of the text. The rest disappeared. I tried to load a backup mysql running even date until a month ago when the problem is not even a shadow .. but nothing … why?

Today i’ve also a new problem. After the publication of a new article, has also disappeared in the navigation menu. The engine is working properly, but is active … I do not understand .. you do not see anything with this site.
