hi I am having some problems with this template;

1 template does not work responsively

2 I want to place a static photo in the slider position but there is no slider module position.
How do I create a slider module position?

3 Home Page I have created JA side news modules but the photos do not appear

4 I want to use JA Bulletin but there is no JA Tabs module postion. How do I create this please?

I would be very grateful if you could help with these problems
