Hi
Hope you can help with the following problems
1. JA Thumbnail not displaying images on front-page articles.
2. Linkable article title not working with this template
3. I had jomsocial on my previous template (JA Sanidine) but now the link does not work on this template….error as follows: <b>Fatal error</b>: Class ‘CStringHelper’ not found in <b>/home/membwtbm/public_html/templates/ja_social/html/mod_topmembers/default.php</b> on line <b>26</b><br />

Hi,

1. The Title Linkable option was set to NO from the menu item. I have changed it to Use Global, and titles are linked now.
2. There is a problem with mod_topmembers for Jomsocial. I have unpublished that module. You can see the NIC* COMMUNITY page now.

One suggestion is that you should upgrade your joomla version to latest version to avoid any compatibility issues with any extensions.

Hi,

I am not sure about the JA Thumbnail issue. I will ask someone to take a look at it.

Before you upgrade Joomla, firstly take a backup of your site including database. You can use Akeeba backup for the same https://www.akeebabackup.com/download/official/akeeba-backup/akeeba-backup-3-2-7.html

To upgrade joomla to latest version, you can use https://www.akeebabackup.com/download/admintools/admintools-2-0-4.html

For an image to be picked up by JA Thumbnail in this template it needs to be before the readmore tag. None of the articles you have on the forntpage have images before the readmore tag so nothing will be displayed.

For the “Avtivisions – Still Cuddly” article I have moved the image to the beginning to test everything is working correctly and it is. It is now your choice whether to adhust the css to make put the article text in the correct position or to adjust the size of the images in JA Thumbnail to make them fit the current available space.
