    Hello,

After some work I finally have all the modules installed properly (see other post about quickstart).

    Now I have some problems/questions:
    1. I don’t have the following users, so I can’t install the modules to that users. Strange thing is that I can see the users when I do a template preview.
    Missing:
    – User 12
    – User Hotnews
    – User Footnav

    2. There are no quotes displayed, although I used the suffix: _havecolor blockquot

    3. How do I get the white/grey lines around the pictures?

    Thank you!

    Regards,

    Dion

    Dear all

Those positions forgot to define in the templateDetail.xml, i have created a issue on the PM: http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JATCORES-97. You can wait for our fix or Pls see the introduction of the template http://www.joomlart.com/templates_club/club_portfolio/ja-ores.html and install a quickstart: they will help you to install in right positions

    – User 12: using the Support Center module ( is a custom module ) put on the “user12” position
    – User Hotnews : using the ja newssticker module and put on the hotnews position
    – User Footnav: using the Top Menu module and put on the footnav position

    <blockquote>

You put the wrong text: right is _havecolor blockquoteslide

<blockquote>3. How do I get the white/grey lines around the pictures?</blockquote>

Pls kindly provide the snapshort on the issue

    Thank you!

    To get the borders around the pictures you need to add;

    class=”caption” to all your images

    <img class=”caption” src=” …> etc,etc

I did have a little panic when I tried as it shows as a big black border in the editor but displays ok in the front end.

    Hello,
Im sorry, but I dont understand your instructions.
Im working on a old site, is not a new installation, so, I prefere dont use a quickstart.

I need to know what should I modify to get those modules.
I need to modify the templateDetail.xml and nothing else? Adding the lines with the modules names missing?

Or what?. Dont forget that JA-Menu is missing too
    Thank you

    My previous anwser:

    – User 12: using the Support Center module ( is a custom module ) put on the “user12” position
    – User Hotnews : using the ja newssticker module and put on the hotnews position
    – User Footnav: using the Top Menu module and put on the footnav position

You does not modify templateDetail.xml, in the configuration of those modules, you ‘ll type name of the position into the “Module Position” parameter

Did you delete menu items of the main menu ?

You access the template manager to edit the Ores Template, you set other for the Menu Module parameter and check does the menu show ?

    GOod luck

Unfortunately I don´t understand you. My apologize. Or you can´t understand us.
There is not exist such positions: User12, etc… in Ores.

I know how to put a module in a position, but, that position are MISSING in the templates.
Also, Ive installed the new version of Ores (1.1.0) and it seem that is not solved yet. Maybe you have put the wrong link, because its the 1.0.1 version (from the xml file).

    Thank you

    Dear marcebarcelona!

I’m sorry this, may be my answer was not clear, so that you could not understand.

Joomla supports two options to put name of position:
    1) Define positions in the templateDetail.xml file
    2) or you type name of position into the “Module Position” parameter inside the configuration of the module and click save. After saved, the position will appear in the position select box

    Here is the solution:
    1) please open the file: templates/ja_ores/templateDetail.xml and find codes at line 64:
    <position>debug</position>
    and replace:

    <position>user12</position>
    <position>hotnews</position>
    <position>footnav</position>
    <position>debug</position>

If you do not see your module position you may need to logout and into the Joomla backend.
    Good luck
