hey everyone,

at fist i’m sorry for my really bad english, but I’ll try my best :laugh:

if anybody is able to read in german, please take a look at these link -> *click me*

would it be allowed (if i bought the “JATC Standard Membership – 1 year”) to use the templates for other domains (1 for my friend, aontherone for my uncle, and the 3rd for a quaintance)

is it correct, that ist forbidden to use a template for a “profit-site” ?
….1 tempalte would be for a company who produce garage-doors 😉 (he only will show some pics of his works^^)
and another template i would need for a toy-shop-company (but at the website there would NOT be a e-shop ore anything else…:eek:
so, would that be a “profit-site” oder a “non-profit-site”?

I would like to answer your question as belows:

It will be allowed. Although it is not allowed if you use the three licensed domains for your client

It is NOT correct. You can use the templates for profit site and non-profit sites. The only difference is that if you use it for non-profit sites (education, charity…), it is not counted to the numbers of licensed domains, eg: you can use 3 domains of profit sites + 2 domains of non-profit sites.

OK, it will be allowed to use all three licences for my friends etc…
but it will not be allowed to use the three licences for my unknown clients and customers..
is that right?^^

That is correct.

You will be able to license 3 PROFIT domains, and an unlimited amount of non-profit domains, in reason.
