Hello,

After testing my webshop I ran into three problems which I can’t solve:

1. The first problem is described here: https://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/auto-update-from-check-out-now-to-confirm-purchase/. As recommended I change the template to protostar but this doesn’t change anything.
2. For several products I use Virtuemart Multivariant for selecting product variants (for example: http://adplus.ee/arendus/efipa/v2/tootekataloog/katlad/katelpliidid/keskkutte-katelpliit-k-4ab-detail). Inside product description tabs are generated by JA TABS plugin.. Problem is that then user has selected some product variant the description content not displayed any more. Only page refresh helps. Changing to standard template doesn’t change the problem. The installment payment calculator is not problem here.
3. If I enable pdf icon in product details view then TCPDF througs error: TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image: /arendus/efipa/v2/images/stories/virtuemart/product/K_4ASB_desn_picture.gif.png. For invoices pdf generation works OK.

Hi,

I suggested to test with standard template of Joomla to narrow down the scope of issue. If the problem still persists in Joomla template, then there is something wrong with VM for that auto update feature. Otherwise, if it works with Joomla template, then the problem comes from our template override.

For product description, I checked several products but it still shows correctly: http://adplus.ee/arendus/efipa/v2/tootekataloog/katlad/pelletikatlad/keskkutte-katelpliit-k-4ab-vasak-pruun-detail

Could you send me the URL of page where problem can be seen?

Regarding to the PDF icon, may I know where did you set it to replicate the issue?

The description is showing and the same with PDF icon.

Hello,

After you load product from url you must choose some product option from multivariant and after that description part disapperas (not tab headings).

Yes it show the pdf icon. You must click on to pdf icon and expected result should be generated pdf, but here after clicking onto pdf icon you get:

Hello,

About TCPDF. In my site PDF library was installed with com_tcpdf_1.0.2.zip komponent (comes with Virtuemart 3.0.18 package). This contains tcpdf library version 6.2.12. I made fresh install of JA Hawkstore quickstart package and update Joomla and VM.
From JA Hawkstore installation I copied the tcpdf library folder to my site and pdf-s started to work for products. (tcpdf version 6.0.096).

I found solution – in cart view was enabled shopper field "virtuemart_country_id". Disabling it allows after all manadatory information added (address for bill, shipment method, payment method) and checking TOS checkbox automatic change of "Check out now" button to "Confirm purchase".
